A delicious granola, filled with lots of nuts (mostly pecans and almond slivers, with some hazelnuts) and seeds (primarily pumpkin and sunflower seeds), and flavored with spices such as cardamon, cinnamon, and whatever else I feel in the mood for. The 1 1/2 cup jar will be filled to the brim, likely about 14 oz.
